The next meeting of the council will be held in the Phoenix area. Time and date of meeting will be announced. Newly elected officers of the council will take office at this meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Some erroneous information has been circulating and the Amateur Radio Council of Arizona would like to set the record straight. 2010 is NOT the last year for the ARCA/Williams Hamfest. The hamfest will be held in Williams in 2011 and going forward. There are NO plans to discontinue the event.

The council does have plans to move the ARRL Arizona State Convention to a spring or fall date at a more centrally located venue in 2011. The July Hamfest will continue to be held in Williams as it has since 2004.
