ARCA/Williams Hamfest
July 15 - 17, 2011

Train trip reservations will also be accepted at the hamfest.
The Annual meeting of the Repeater Owners' Committee will take place on
Saturday, July 16 at 11:30 AM in the Railside RV Ranch Clubhouse.

Prizes have been selected and are listed on the Prizes
page. Raffle tickets will be available at the ARCA table or in
the ARCA trailer at the hamfest.
Activities and the Event Schedule will be updated as they are
scheduled and confirmed.
In keeping with our agreement with the city, no guns/firearms, illegal drugs or alcohol is permitted on the Rodeo Grounds. Also, food sales without prior written permission and appropriate health permits is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, canned sodas and baked goods.
A Word about Camping on the Hamfest Grounds If you are dry camping on the hamfest grounds, you must be fully self-contained - and that includes WATER. Water may not be available to replenish your supply. Windy and rainy conditions are probable in the Williams area in July. Be prepared with tie downs and stakes for canopies, awnings, and tents.
Please remember, ARCA is an entirely volunteer organization and returning phone
calls, responding to inquiries, and so forth, sometimes takes a little time.
Rest assured that if you call the ARCA Voice Line, your call WILL be returned.
