Camping Information

Forest camping is available in the Kaibab National Forest at one of the four developed campgrounds - Cataract Lake, Dogtown Lake, Kaibab Lake, and White Horse Lake - as well as in one of the many undeveloped campsites. We will again be partnering with the Railside RV Ranch for discounted camping and activities.  Railside RV Ranch is located next door to the Rodeo Grounds at 877 Rodeo Road (just 400 yards east of the Rodeo Grounds).  Full hook-ups, including 30 amp and 50 amp service, are available. Dry camping is available on the hamfest grounds for just $15 per space for the weekend ($20 per space after June 1, 2011 and at the gate).  You must be fully self-contained.  There are no hookups (no water, showers, electricity, sewer) and no shade.  The Railside RV Ranch will offer use of their shower facilities to hamfest visitors.  A charge for the showers may apply.  Reservations for camping on the grounds are to be made through ARCA.  Click on the Request/Comment button from the hamfest page to request a reservation packet, or on the Reservations button from the July Hamfest page to reserve a space.
